Why is the FASHION text as big as the title? Why does Gwen's face only take up about 10% of the cover when it's a close up? And why should we "Think Pink!" for a Fall fashion issue? I feel like this cover is about everything but Gwen, all the text and the headpiece combined is just way too much, it takes the focus away from her and makes this look like a table of content page more than a cover. It's also just a really unexciting shot anyway. The editorial is really bad, too. Gwen deserves better than that lazy styling. The 3rd and the 7th shot are ok but they look like they were meant to be cover shots and not part of an editorial. Gah, this is so bad, I'm losing my last bit of hope for Harper's Bazaar. Apart from the choice of cover subjects having been decent for the last few issues I really don't feel like anything has changed for the better since the revamp, the layout and the art direction are just mediocre at best.
