US Vogue August 2009 : Christy Turlington by Steven Klein

^It was just a one off purchase at the store in which I picked this issue up. £5 for an August issue?
September and March are usually that price, but not August.
I will check where I normally get it from tomorrow to see if they are sell for £5.

^I get mine from Borders, where it's £3.50.

There's no American Edition sticker on those usually, so they must be the direct editions.
WHSmith's copies always seem to have the sticker on, and be more expensive.

Yes that's exactly the same for me. Going to Borders is defiantly worth it.
I can't understand them huge stickers. It's never bothered me in the past, but when I saw a copy without I just had to have it.

Borders is generally the cheapest place for the imports I think, they don't seem to hike the price up too much.

The stickers are irritating, but I always just accepted the fact they were going to have them, untill Borders! They seem to have them much earlier than WHsmith's ever do as well!

yeah...both the Karlie pics were my favorite bits..she reminds me of lolita, but obviously..a LOT taller, so not really...and i mean that in the best of poetic ways

I was really disappointed with the fact they didnt photograph Bettina for her article, and same for Ivana Trump, they just used a snap of a picture from her ed when she was on the cover back when, what kind of f**kery is that!! (not that i care about Ivana, the issue just seemed like little effort was put in, and i usually love their age issues!)
