hmm i feel like in 2011/early 2012 this magazine had really hit a good stride. the contents were interesting, the eds felt fresh, even when the cover had someone i didn't like(lady gaga, penelope cruz) i still found the image and look of it be well done. but ever since the summer 2012 issues, its all felt so bland to me-the same things every month, uninspired celeb shoot, boring karlie edit, predictable straight off the runway looks. its frustrating to see when you know it has the potential to be ten times better.

Wow, you nailed it! I remember in early 2012 flipping through my issues all the time, but since autumn I haven't do so. I get it and forget it about because there's nothing to grab my attention.

HB still wins the prize for worst editorials though.

I really love the short tech ed with Caroline. She looks pretty as always.

None of these editorials excite me to be honest. Not even the Lindbergh one with Amber. Which is kinda sad cause I always love his work and look forward to it. Another boring and letdown February issue from them.

I don't hate Amber but her editorial is probably the worst here. Her expressions are so weird. Which is disappointing because she's a good model.

Quite a surprise to see Kasia Struss so much now on US Vogue, she's ok but not great. It's nice to see Caroline and Chanel back in Vogue but I agree, so far it's a very underwhelming issue.

That hurricane editorial is the most tasteless thing ever to run in a magazine. Really, Chanel running in a red Narciso Rodriguez mini with firefighters helping the victims? What a parody.

You can see just how gorgeous she is in the video, and then they end it with a cover shot, and you just ask yourself, why?! Such a bad shot of her! Thanks for posting.

couldn't agree more, this issue is beyond weak and the storm troupers ed just illustrates perfectly how pathetic this magazine has become.
