Charlize looks very pretty on the cover, although I would have liked to see a brighter, more summery outfit. Also, the tagline about her article is appalling, shame on Vogue. Do you think the all Brazilian model editorial is in honor of the world cup this summer? Seems like good timing to me. Curious to see what it looks like.

Her make up is too dark for this summery look. I guess they were going for sultry but she looks tired. It is also a weirdly lit and focused image - it is as if the camera was focused on the background leaving her darker in the fore, though the background is obviously out of focus.

I was excited to see she got the cover, but it turned out underwhelming, not bad but not exciting. Was hoping for an Angelina cover but she went with Elle instead...

Charlize's cover, plus some of those other shots remind me of Blake Lively's cover story by Testino a couple of years back. That was all beach hair and surfboards and sporty minimalism as well. It's not a bad cover it's just not that exciting; I'm intrigued by the contents though, so hopefully they deliver. Charlize seems an odd choice to me at this moment in time, but she is a Vogue favourite I guess.
