US Vogue May 2014 : Emma Stone by Craig McDean

Well anything had to be better than last months cover, I think US Vogue is confused by the looks of things though because it looks definitely more fall than spring. I would say it's on par with Emma's last US Vogue cover, her head I agree does look a tad big other than that it looks okay.

Well this is a very nice cover, Emma photographs well a lot of times.

I don´t like the color palette but imo she looks amazing. Her expression looks so interesting, like she has something to say... and I want to listen (granted, I´m biased cause I love her) :D

and check out the review! this seems like an amazing issue
Sasha P by Testino, when was the last time they worked together? Allure 2010?
Tim Walker, David Sims, Roy, McDean... great cast.
and Caroline is back! :woot:

it doesnt look like a spring cover, maybe Anna is catering to the southern hemisphere, I´m honored

Review time!

This is the sixth issue in a row that Testino didn't shoot the cover of, very interesting how times are changing, nice to see Photographers like McDean & Sims, are getting a chance as well. Now bring back Meisel!

I like this actually. It makes me stay away from last month's nightmare.

So Meisel is officially out? Even the Met ed wasn't shot by him this time.:(

vogue us are in need of a better art director tbh, almost always the cackest covers and let's not mention their usage of type.

Nice cover, Emma looks really good here. Very excited to see Walker/Codington collaboration! And although it's only a 2-pager, nice to see Eric Boman, too.

Another Spider-Man movie, another cover for Ms. Stone, I prefer her 1st one though ;)

I hate the work of Craig McDean, nothing special, her mouth is getting bigger and bigger... :yuk::sick:

#7 - Solid Gold (2 pg)
PH: Eric Boman
Model: A nice stick of butter

I think this is the article I'm most looking forward too.... Actually I'm probably most thrilled to see that Gugu Mbatha-Raw is featured in this issue, so looking forward to seeing her film Belle. Really hoping the film does well. Emma Stone looks pretty, but the colors on the cover make it a bit too 'fall' feeling to me.

Funny that her first cover which released around summer looks more springy than this one. It would be perfect for October cover. I love her expression and she looks lovely here thou IMO the cropping is pretty awkward

#10 - Playing The Angles (6 pg)
PH: Craig McDean
Style: Camilla Nickerson
Model: Caroline Trentini

can´t wait for the pics

In such anticipation for the Tim Walker/Grace Coddington feature!

wtf
With the hat this looks like a remake of Emma's 2012, August UK Vogue cover!
I think US Vogue is officially done for
