I’ve always found it interesting that Lindbergh was able shoot the occasional ed for US Vogue even though he was under contract at Hearst.

First of all A Gilded Age is spectacular, that shot of Maggie (I think it's her?) kissing that guy is one of my all time favorite pictures

Second of all, I miss glamour like Glam Slam. Carolyn looks amazing but what else is new and I miss that richness of it.

And also we need to bring back smiling models like Carmen here. Fashion is supposed to be fun and exciting and an escape from the real world. Nowadays we get moody teenager models who look bored and/or annoyed and wear casual clothes all the time.

And I think it’s really curious to see Harper’s Bazaar mentioned by name on the pages of Vogue. I reckon that hasn’t happened very often.
