The cover - *h**l* - can't they use someone else... At this point, I want George Michael greasing up the cover, more than I want Gisele.

Anytime Gisele wants to get down and dirty is the time when I feel like choosing something overtly sexy over high fashion. I find it hard to breathe, live, and sleep high fashion all the time, especially with the current crop of runway girls. Plus, summer issues tend to suffer from the transition of seasons and therefore are artificially pumped by unexciting themes such as bargain finds, ageless styles, etc. After a while you just know the editors' are at their wit's end. I'd rather have the pictures do the talking. This, along with Gisele's American GQ cover, is the height of summer.

I never find Gisele's sexiness to be in Sports Illustrated or Baywatch's vein. Her brand of sexiness may not have much undercurrent/perversiveness to it, but just because it's more in-your-face doesn't mean it can't be good. Her commanding manners separate herself from the pack. Aesthetically, these pictures remind me of the Garden of Eden.

Call me biased, but if Ana Beatriz Barros or Ana Claudia Michele [sp] or Lara Stone did these pictures, I wouldn't look at them twice. But I am by no means saying that Gisele is the only one who could get away with it. Doutzen could've been a delight too.

i think Giselle generally looks great at every shot but there's something boring about this whole situation. Reminds me her shots for GQ from 2000s

That is just awful! Gisele is a stunning women but she does not have that timeless quality of someone like say Kate Moss for example, she's just not interesting anymore and everything she does has "lads mags" overtones that to me are very off putting.
