V #56 November/December 2008 : Beyonce by Bruce Weber

as for the cover, ugh. i'm kind of getting sick of her and she could look alot better.

could someone tell me the cast for meisel's editorial?

I can't really remember but I know for sure that Anna Jagodzinska is in it :buzz: maybe Anna S too?

Haters move to the left or move to the right.

just move out the way cause you can't stop the train!

All three girls listed above (Daul, Jagodzinska, and Selezneva) are correct. Two more...

Anna S in the Meisel ed  omg ... please, someone prevent me from fainting now :buzz:

SIGH. V Magazine is one of the only few domestic magazines that doesn't get distributed on time here in California. Here in SoCAL, we literally get the magazine a month late, which is absolute nonsense! Those New Yorkers must really hate us Angelenos. Same thing goes with magazines printed in the UK.

I just don't get it. But then again, its not like anyone cares.

I'm curious how the rest of Magdalena's shots look like...Even she's my total fav, I don't know why they published it

Tyler Riggs is one of the male models in the "dogging" editorial. I also remember hearing that Iekeliene was in it, but i am not sure....

Beyoncé's first V cover looked amazing and this is just bad. Bad photography, bad editing and bad everything.
Hopefully the inside makes up for it.

Love the cover.

Tyler Riggs, Iekeliene Stange, Anna Jagodzinska, and Daul Kim? ****, I'm there.

As we're waiting for the Meisel editorial, I'll tell a related tale...

In Belfast, there's a neolithic monument called the Giant's Ring, and at night, its car park is a hotspot for dogging, as well as all sorts of shifty things, like men getting out of Mercedes cars and exchanging briefcases.

So there's all this underworld activity going on in the car park - but the entire site itself is actually a huge boneyard of remains from 3000BC onwards, and people are largely unaware of that history, of all the dead resting in the ground beneath them, as they 'go about their business'. The living are gratifiying their selfish desires without realising that a thin layer of ground separates them from the innumerable dead, who have been sleeping there for centuries. It's a strange place.

Well, I don't think Meisel will be able to come up with an editorial that conveys any of that. Imagine a fashion editorial based on dogging in a pagan car park as the dead look on.

I'll join the excitement about Meisel ed!!! ^_^
But the cover... :yuk:
