I love this. I love this so much. The dresses, the colours, the overwhelming classic glamour of it all, I'm amazed. I shouldn't be, though. Like others have said, not a huge fan of the puffed sleeves, but I'll overlook it on the fact that everyone else makes it a near perfect collection.

It was one of the best collection from Val in recent years. I totally love it, it's beyond elegance. I think Val doesn't nail the right tone everytime, he could get a bit over the top and become vulgar. But, not this time. I think all the white pieces are so timeless, and the floral is probably the best you could get from the scene, I always think of him highly, and way better than Oscar de la Renta (maybe I shouldnt really compare the 2). Anyway, he is definitely retiring soon, these coming collections of Val's are gonna be collectable pieces. Collector, anyone? and one question - who's the gonna be the right successor?
