Vanity Fair Italia October 4, 2023 by Luigi & Iango

I still can't believe Gisele is not here. It's almost blasphemous for her not to be.

I thought the same but then I realized these are the supers from the 60's to the 90's. Kate Moss though should have been there, as well as Linda.
Gisele is 2000 like Adriana / Alessandra etc.
Also remember that the make these big shoots happen it's a hell of a lot of work and impossible schedules of so many models and their teams, therefore sometimes some of them can't make it.

Come to think about it where's Tyra and maybe Heidi. They might have been more commercial but they still achieved supermodel status.

Looking at my library's digital copy of Vanity Fair Italia, this issue is dated 4 October 2023, and it's 168 pages. The supermodel content spans pages 47-98. While there are lots of adverts, there isn't any high fashion content in the rest of the issue, it's the typical general content of any weekly/fortnightly magazine.

Looking at Vanity Fair France, the October issue has 160 pages. Some images from Rita Ora's recent Tatler cover story are reprinted at the front. The supermodel content spans pages 44 to 105. While the imagery is probably the same, there are more full-page shots in the French edition. There are also two accessory editorials in this issue, plus the usual heavier monthly Vanity Fair type of articles.

No sight yet of the Spanish edition for comparison purposes.

Vanity Fair Italia Digital Edition

Oh, if this is the italian Vanity Fair as printed - when its marked "Vanity Fair Italia Digital Edition", 2 posts above, then the choice of images is different from the french Vanity Fair !!

The main cover is terrible, but solo covers are great - and the editorial is as well. Thank you for sharing, everyone! :flower:

And not just that; namely, there is even a huge difference (when it comes to the nipples, to be specific) between the images from the Italian actual printed magazine and the Italian VF site!

So just to be clear, these are all new images photographed for this issue??

Yes, my dear!!!

(On the mian Cover, for example, ALL the models wear Dolce & Gabbana F/W 2023.24. The rest of the clothes throughout the ed is also from various brand's F/W 2023.24 collections.)

too bad Vanity Fair Italy's paper is sh*tty... and very few pictures from this shoot are included inside. I expected a separate glossy section. Very disappointing. They should publish a separate insert with quality paper.

I've bought the magazine,it's nice and long... so online they offering more pictures....

I had never noticed how much Amber looks like Twiggy,

Because she's a completely different generation.

Oh, so being a world famous iconic supermodel doesn’t count then? And while we're at it I suppose you're not going to qualify her hundreds of covers, campaigns, editorials, and endorsements? Also, out of all of the women on the cover, which one is actually a household name? Any excuse to exclude her from anything like this is completely invalid. It was more than likely a scheduling conflict like someone else mentioned. Or perhaps they couldn't afford her. :P
