The Dreamgirls, Bruce, & Soparanos cover ties as the worst.

Although I voted for Gisele, the one with Shia LeBouf is also quite nice. The worst si the Bruce Willis one and the cover with Nicole baring/flashing her chest is rather pointless and cheap
