I very much appreciate the work done on the prints and the cuts, but I have to see that I need a lot of time to take it all in. It's all coming at me as very loud and flashy, which I hoped was over at the house of Versace for several seasons now. The dresses with the thigh high splits are a classic to the house, but never appealed to me when done by Donatella...so I was happy to see them slowly disappearing over the last few seasons. Seeing them back now constructed like this makes me ponder wether I still dislike them or not...so all in all, my opinion is still pending somewhere in the middle. No hate, no love yet...(I do hate whatever is crawling up Yulia K's and Vlada's shinbones though...are they boots or? )

Just got home from college and i am really shocked!


This is really different to what i have seen from Donatella these past couple of seasons. I am not really used to it and will reserve my full judgement when i see the full collection and details.


I really like some of the evening dresses but i don't know..............i'm not feeling all those prints at the moment

I had a feeling that the hair would be down in the signature Versace waves

You're not the only one, don't worry.

Although I'm sort of the other way round, I like quite a lot of the prints, but find some of the dresses look a bit cheap.

There's some nice pieces in there for sure, and some great printed dresses... but I dunno, the shoes and bags really throw me. I don't like them at all.
