The aquatic print is back! This collection will interpret very well on everyday women I think.

It was overtly repetitive and sorta reminds me of that ghastly lace spring collection by Dolce & Gabbana. But this is a little more forgiving with the repetition.
LOVE the hooker heels lol they're really hot.

there is really nothing what turns me on in whole collection but i can stand it... it´s Versace, it´s bling-bling, first-plan sexy and lucite... ok. i didn´t await something special from Donatella. But last dress? omg! Last dress is pure tackiness.

Pastels seem to be huge this season.. quite liked the collection, loved the studs.. would have liked to have seen a little more variation and I agree with fincher, that last dress on Sigrid was just awful. Despite that, all in all a good delivery by Donatella, as always..

this is pretty bad, save for the looks without the seahorses and starfish, actually only the dresses that were really plain and non-bedazzled looked decent...and for a fashion house like Versace, that's pretty bad. it's like she was trying to recreate the amazingness of SS10 and failed

What happened this season? After a stellar Spring 2011 / Fall 2011 collection, what went wrong? Pastels, whites, studs and sea life? Absolute kitsch. Whats more, there is absolute zero variation from the one idea. Its so one-dimensional, I'm surprised the people in the audience didnt fall asleep, let alone our our members.

I'm so disappointed with this. I detest it when she goes back to that whole Las Vegas showgirl / Miami socialite / stripper look. She seems to do this every couple of seasons or so and its so futile. It doesnt move the brand forward and with a brand like Versace that has such a strong history and archive, these kind of stagnant collections are really nonsensical. Hasn't she learnt that when she "does her own thing" and uses the archives with a more modern thoughtfulness, the Versace collections truly succeed?

Ergh. Hopefully Fall 2012 will inspire some more excitement and enthusiasm.
