Viktor & Rolf for H&M

the trench is beautiful but the quality of the coat is terrible. the black color started to fade in a week.. and the buttons are starting to come off and I don't know where to replace them because they've fallen in some random places...

2 buttons have fallen off mine so far....i'm going to get the whole thing rebuttoned and mine has slight fading also. its a shame as the trench hasnt even been out in the rain yet.

boosie4, just get all of them replaced.

nothing has fallen off of my trench.. you guys are a violent lot aren't you :P

seems like the most popular item, the trench is crap quality. im glad i didnt get it now..

im considering buying another grey jumper from ebay (at £15) nobody else dare bid on it :P

i may sound crazy having two, but i swear, the number of times i wear a grey jumper is in the thousands mark. i really want the glasses too!

everybodywere fight to get theclothes..then camecopsand have closed the shop..h&M oohmy terriblethen was nothing for me

I dont know I am not really feeling any of the pieces. In case anyone in Toronto is wondering H&M in the Eaton Center still has a few pieces I was there over the weekend. Only thing I bought were the panty hose...hehe.

Quality of alot of the items wasnt doing it for me

I bought the trench, the black morning-gown, the silk scarf and a black t-shirt with the red stuff on it..
HAve only used the t-shirt so far, am planning to wear the trench tomorrow but am now doubting when hearing how bad the quality is. Maybe it's better to just sell it on ebay. It shouldent be that hard to get rid of the black one i size 36 I think.

But when I went to an H&M on thursday they had one weddingdress left :/

I just bought the tuxedo jacket, it's such a nice cut and the lining and the heart button fastener had me!

I got that one too. It felt like something that was nice, not just because it was V&R for H&M, but because it really was nice. If I'm makng any sense.

I also got the pink silk top, with the big bow on the chest, beacuse I know I can't have too many party tops that look resonably glamourous. But one does go through some amounts of tape in order to wear that one and not show everyone your breasts.

Oh, and the white shirt with the heart on it - this was more of a fun thing to get because of all the hype, not so much because I think I'll really use it a lot.

As for the bad quality of the trench - One of the big newspapers did a test, it was DN i think, and compared the V&R trench to a regular black trench that H&M sellls. The V&R one was of way lesser quality and cost 3 times as much as the regular one.

all of the leftover V+R items are on sale at my local H&M. pants were 29.50 and tuxedo jackets were 49.50. i dont know how they are going to get rid of the pants. the fit seemed to be so off on them for a lot of people.

Just bumping to ask if anyone knows or have any ideas of the next designer H&M? It was announced about this time last year and just curious and anticipating...

Wasnt there a rumour for Miucca Prada for H&M? I remember reading it somewhere... (Although dont expect it to happen)

I found the tuxedo jacket for 12.50...Size 10 but somehow it fits me even though I usually wear a small ....lol...

Great cut though I was afraid it would look too manly.

i'm late for the party (really really really late) but i got a question for the guys here:

how was the sizing? was there a 46 for the trench coats? i'm getting offered a trench in 48 and i don't know if it'll fit me or not. was the menswear cut smaller?

TIA.

i remember that the womanswear was cut smaller.....does that help?
