thank you dizzydi and anna karina :flower:
It used to belong to my grandmother..I wear it with a huge pearl necklace.

Anna Karina - That dress is amazing...I'm SO jealous.

Hanne - I like all of it, I think the sequin vest could really work. Maybe take it in...a lot.

Jlear - Wow! I love the way you're altering/adding to your finds. Did you make the pink cuff in the first photo? How does it close...it seems to have a pearl and a snap?

As You Like It - Really nice, the fabric looks amazing.

I'm really impressed...

thank you so much utopia and luxmode:heart:

i love clothes with a history (though the largest part of my vintage-collection consists of nightgowns^_^)

This was my moms....I'm trying to figure out what type of fur the collar is(umm...rabbit? er..fox? )...I love this thing...its soo warm and the sleeves are 3/4s so it shows my gloves in the wintertime:heart:

A shoe and a bag I found cleaning my closet out...Ive had them for a while and worn the shoe only once and the bag hasnt seen daylight since the 70's with its former owner probably. Still I like em...I own very few red stuff.:p

:o I love those shoes!!! Fantastic!

Everyone have so many wonderfull things!!

jlear: I love how you change your vintage bags and make them more personal

Sephora_Socialite: That bag and those shoes    omg!!! I want those shoes! :woot:

Purple: Wonderfull dress  Everything you own seems to be so precious :flower:

As You Like It: That dess is so prettty :flower: Lovely colors.

Here are two hats I found at a fleamarket and a beautiful clutch:

I put a blue brooch on the green hat, the black ribbon was dangling and I used the pin to hold it down and as decoration ;) I'm going to fix the ribbon on the red hat and maybe add something to it, not sure yet what it will be :)

The hats are modeled by my vintage mannequin Bíbí Almannagjá or in english Bibi Grandcannion (as in sluttish). My sisters friend owned her and named her, she moved to Denmark and was going to throw her away but my sister took her and gave me :D so lucky!!! I think she's from the late 40's or early 50's.
Her face/nose is a bit messed up and her arms aswell, I'm going ti fix her soon :)

Thanks! I actually bought the cuff from a great girl- here's her website. http://store.shineonstyle.com/index.html I also have a rust and teal combo...they just add a little something extra.

Oh wow, I adore all of the stuff that you guys have been posting. I was wondering...those who buy from eBay, how do you make sure that it will fit? Detailed measurements from the vendor?

Also, I never find great things in my size when I look at stuff on eBay, but I often see a couple of awesome things in some other size. When you're looking through things, do you think it would be ok to post the best auctions you find that you aren't actually goind to bid on? That way another TFS member might be able to get something nice and your search would be rewarded even though the item wouldn't fit you.

Also, what vendors are the best for vintage stuff on eBay? I get so overwhelmed.

Just bought this cropped gold jacket for only $12.00
