I might be able to get why people say she is mean in real life, if they have met her , but she doesn't look like she would be, for sure.

Someone once told me that before they met me that I seemed snobby. But, really I'm just very shy around people I don't know.

So, maybe Vlada is just shy and reserved looking and people are thinking that she is mean?

I don't know. I think she is very sweet looking.
