I love pop and rock music as a kid and there's something more magnetic and authentic in Abba. The lyrics, the sound, the intention. They are originals in terms of sound and image, it's something hard to explain. You have to feel it, you learn about that after year and years of listening. Bieber is a product of his time, and I can't take seriously the context around him and all the hype. But it wasn't a horrible moment for pop. I was listening to Gaga, Katy Perry or Rihanna at that moment, great voices and the image of each of them! . Teen idols are hard to take, but always there's someone to shut your mouth, a la Justin Timberlake or Christina Aguilera. I can take seriously people like them. It's been 15 years since Bieber and I can't find his music good.
