Nothing personal and just going on first impression since he is on the covers of these fashion rags to be judged, but he is— as another member had noted, such the epitome of a douche-face. Even had this been 2006, when Jersey Shore douche-types roamed and even ruled some parts of the earth, he would still be considered douchey-looking. But in 2022, when the air of faux kindness and generosity permeates the world, I’m surprised someone with his looks, and so douchey-styled to boot, is permitted. The studio must be investing a fortune to promote his movie LOL

Anyway, the shot would have been stronger in B&W. But not better.

Because he looks vainilla as hell.. the equivalent of the raised eyebrow+lip filler insta babe.. for all the ‘let’s celebrate beauty of ALL kinds and be kind but also f*ck you if you don’t celebrate and demonstrate kindness!!’, the younger generation really has to deal with a very narrow, digitalized and kind of aggressive notion of what is beautiful.. achievable almost by cosmetic procedures only. Lines, thin lips, hooded eyes? needs to be corrected asap. So yeah not surprised Austin’s look these days matches the expectations..

I will say.. I think he is a beautiful man and not necessarily douchey-looking.. it’s just the commercial styling and Elvis promo tour imo. He looked gorgeous and not cheesy at all in Once Upon A Time in Hollywood..

Douchey-looking men can absolutely be hot… He just resembles a tad too much Bieber for my taste.

As usual with Collier, she does stumble onto a solid shot— from a likely mass of hundreds if not a thousand frames from a session. This one is very good— very Bruce Weber: Great jawline and cheekbones. Although perky noses on men are kind of a personal turn-off. A Roman-nose is rather preferred.

Bieber is real life Ace Ventura. I'm bi and I never felt attraction to that clown. Austin has more class than him, and talent as well.

I think he doesn’t photograph well? I was very unsure of him before seeing the movie. His acting as Elvis however blew me away. Now I see these pictures, I’m confused again.
