Vogue Brazil April 2021 : Hailey Bieber by Zoey Grossman

Is she even a thing in Brazil? What an odd choice. She's not a Top Model, nor is she a Talented Celebrity. She's really just an accessory for Bieber. How well could that possibly sell?

Hailey Bieber is like Kandy Muse in RDPR or Cardi B in music. She is being fed to us so much and so often, that I am scared that I am beginning to enjoy her. Someone stop this, please, I am afraid I do not have the will to resist her mediocrity anymore...

Maybe Justin is, so by association she is now...Also i think because VB wants to have a little for the likes and followers....the sad thing is when a celebrity doesn’t share the final picture....

The worst part is that she seems very comfortable in her role but seriously beyond the work of her booker, editors are so blinded now... and even ok, they get amazing images ok but this? This shooting is just a boring shoot. Her delivery rate on pictures are very low...from time to time you can see a good fashion image where she is involved but you can count that with one hand...

Her mother is Brazilian.

I’m actually shocked since Zoey does a passable job of at least lighting Hailey well and capturing her in an inoffensive way.

This cover is actually offensive to me. I think she's really pretty but she is extremely commercial and she's had maybe two Vogue covers that weren't laughably bad. I need her to find her niche (influencing, Youtube, skincare brand or whatever) so she can leave us alone.

I would love to see the sales for her covers (as well for the Hadid sisters). I think I remember someone saying the nepo girls, even Kendall, don't even sell particularly well? What are the stats on that?

Must admit that I'm not as offended over the sight of Hailey Bieber as much as everyone else, and while I do agree the cover isn't anything groundbreaking or remotely visually appealing - it's not the worst cover of Vogue I've ever came across.

I like the minimal art direction, and how it's a departure from Vogue Brazil's recent offerings which I've found to be a complete non-event.
