Vogue España January 2017 : Josephine Skriver by Patrick Demarchelier

I kinda like Josephine, she has a beautiful face and looks good on the cover, tho.
In the other hand, the editorial is really bad, I can't see versatility in there, very amateurish. I was expecting something better...

I love the tackiness of the cover but the main ed is kinda flat. It's like a failed copy of a Carlyne Cerf De Dudzeele ed.
What's the point to have Demarchelier shoot something so boring. No humor, no fun, just a ton of clothes.

The Other Hemingway....Are we in 2011 again?

They should have called Mikael Jansson.

This is the kind of cover that a politically isolated country would go for if they had to lunch a fashion magazine...

One of the members of the publication went out of that country in 2008 and saw how magazines looked back then, and reproduced the idea 8 years later in a very obscure and tacky way, thinking it's 'now', 'cool' and 'fashiony'.

Soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo cheap.

My very thoughts exactly but Spanish Vogue stopped being cool in 2008 so seeing the covers and editorials on newsstands every month here in Madrid is like a joke, and they have great photographers and models so there is no excuse for producing such a cheap looking Vogue edition.
