[Rough Google translation from Spanish and Chinese]

estado de espera = waiting state
estado de esperanza = hopeful state

This cover pays tribute to the cover of the British Vogue launched in October 1945 after the end of World War II (Image 3). This is also the first time that Vogue España has used illustrations as its cover since its first publication in 1988. The blue sky with clouds and birds is the main tone of this cover. Spain is currently suffering from the new corona epidemic, and maintaining social distance has become a rule that everyone must obey. The girl on this cover looks at the blue sky from the balcony, forming an uncertain waiting picture. When will this situation be possible? It isn't over, it’s still unknown, but the title on the cover also gives the magazine a nice note on the need to isolate people from now on: sometimes, the distance makes us realise that we are much more intimate than we think.

It´s a beautiful illustration, thanks for sharing.
The hashtag under the masthead means "we dream together".

I live in Spain and gotta say, the message is so right. There´s a sense of community right now that I never experienced before. "Sometimes distance makes us realize that we were much closer together than we thought".

they are doing an illustrated cover and still altering it in ptotoshop

''Never being far away made us feel so close'' translation from the coverline at the bottom, hashtag: we win together. I live in Spain and never in the past 10 years have I seen such a more beautiful cover of Spanish Vogue, it gives a sense of wonder and freedom and of hope, six weeks already starting now that we're in confinement in Madrid.

I like this cover very much because it's dreamy and it takes my mind somewhere else, and it feels very now and there's still a fashion aspect to it. I completely agree with Benn98, it's way more meaningful that a white page like Vogue Italia.

Watch and learn Farneti!

Beautiful covers, the message is there but it's not forced, there's a sense of fashion and calmness at the same time. Love it!
Great job in Spain, whereas here in Italy we get Farneti's woke and pretentious ideas

Now that is how you do a proper cover during these times. In your face, Farneti!
It's a pretty solid issue. Hana's story is my favorite, it's absolutely magnificent. I assume Demi Moore was supposed to be the cover story? Looks like it would've made a great cover.

I love it! Gorgeous, Vogue Italia could never.

Btw, so Demi Moore was the first option for the cover? She's on the opening editorial of the section.
