Vogue Italia January 2022 : Veronica Yoko Plebani by Cho Gi-Seok

Laughable, pathetic, mediocre etc. etc. I can't really add much more to what's already been said, what a disaster.

I'm just posting to say thank you yet again @Zorka for posting all contents so quickly, the time you spend gathering and posting everything every day is so appreciated:flower::heart:.

Unpopular opinion, but I like it despite her hideous outfit.

I actually find this beautiful, the colours and mood of the shoot is nice though not so keen on the picture with the 3 moons. Now the Naomi ed on the other hand is a waste of two of the most beautiful models. Naomi looks like a character on 227 Club or The Jeffersons with that wig and the picture quality is terrible not sure is thats his aesthetic.

If they gonna reprint as much, they need to step it up on their OG content...because it sucks...

They just need to establish Vogue Europe that it's basically British Vogue and add a supplement or insert inside from each country with their original cover and content...and distribute this on all those four countries....

The cover is very simple, but the editorial is beyond much better with the horoscope theme. The Naomi & Adut's story looks like a poor catalogue from Neiman Marcus, except the thrid image.

Why there's no mention of this in their social media?!

^They're more than welcome to delay the official unveiling, by coming up with something... worthy of the paper it's printed on. A non-event and it's not even available on newsstands yet.

With the new direction, they always put the issue on newsstands the first week of the month, sometimes thursdays sometimes fridays i think. But i guess they will post tomorrow on Instagram..and as you've said i hope there is something worthy...

The "cover look" page should have the number of covers here. This looks taken from a digital edition, already made, so at this point we should know if there's more or not. Seems this is the only cover for this month.

Well, as expected, they posted today on IG the cover, a video and 3 inside pictures....sadly it seems its the only cover...on wednesday goes on sale...

I flipped the issue today...it's so sad...even sadder than Farneti's pretentiousness...the issue is directionless, nothing good or attractive enough...it looks like a mix and match magazine and i'm not talking only about editorials...the written pages, the shopping pages...it's an hybrid....the art direction is useless...but well, better save the money other editions or better yet for other magazines...No soul or life....

It reminded me of a cheap women's mag that we had here in Brazil called "Máxima"
That's not good

Farnetti and Verderi's issues were in my opinion more relevant than the last ones (well, maybe with the exception of the last Pavarotti's cover). The issues since their departure are missing something essential... the taste and relevance of the contents. If those are reflecting the vision Anna and Edward would like to share with the rest of the world, I believe it is about time for them to finally accept that power cannot replace the lack of creativity. Much respect for the talent chosen for the cover, but the result is unfortunately just another mediocre attempt of creating something memorable.
