this issue is pure GOLD! amazing!

It is, so many editorials in it! Unfortunately I'm not really into the late 90s so I'm not enjoying it the way I would enjoy something from the late 80s/early 90s + I can't identify most of the models.

It's great but I would exchange it in a minute for something circa 1987-1993!

Incredible issue...thank you so much for the scans Rosie :flower:, I know how much hard work goes into them!

Love the McDean, Weber and Klein editorials (we never see this kind of simple, structural story from SK anymore, which is a shame).

It's kind of embarassing to compare the content and art direction of this issue with the most recent issues of VI (it's inevitable that big changes occur over the years, but this mag has really lost it for me recently).

Mid-Late 90s Vogue IT was so creative and exciting. Thanks again, Rosie!!

WALKING = WOW. very "stranger than paradise." for sure spot emily sandberg, vivien solari and heather stohler.

"Bianco Cosi" = Charlotte Connelly last model

"A Mood" = Kirsten Owen, maybe danita angell & Finnish model Ninja Sarasalo, long last cousin of Björk  .

Fiercification, I do agree that Vogue Italia is totally different now, I got the latest issue and saying that it is disappointing would definitely be the truth.
justaguy, you're welcome! I didn't know you would enjoy it that much since I know your scans are from the 80s and earlier 90s (and I guess that's why I love them so much!).
ellastica, thanks for the ids! I have pictures of all these models in my archive but I always forget their names.

So, anyone up for an exchange of Vogue IT issues?

^Do you have more issues of VI? Thank you scanning for all these scans :flower: , is a pleasure to see them. Also i have fascination with old eds, i mean the mag was in the golden age.

The only issue of Vogue IT I have is this but I do have the pages of some other Vogue IT editorials which I have posted here or HERE.
I went to Milano in April and tried to find some vintage Vogues but I couldn't find anything. Plus, a woman in a bookstore told me that even if I could find something it would be VERY expensive. So, I've no idea how to find anything else. Actually I do but I don't have the money for that.

I understand you, sometimes the people sold the magazine to a very high prices. For example, when i visit eBay & looking of some issues, but the prices are crazy. I mean i don't care why they want more money to pay the mag, one of the reasons could be than these magazines are old?... That's probarly, i guess.

^ Yes, they are old but not THAT old. I don't understand why the prices are so high. You can check out this website. There are some relatively cheap magazines and they are often out of stock for that reason. But it's still too expensive for me right now.

P.S. I really wish we had a General Discussion thread where we could discuss this kinda things. I contacted a moderator about this but there's no reply so far...

There are several issues of VI on eBay (USA) from the 80/90s at a surprisingly great price.

Brit girl chiming in,

tommasonline is my go-to. She (It's a she I think) is based in Italy, but it's about four or six issues in GBP with shipping to London. Not sure about Bulgaria but...

If you can't find the issue you wanted (which means most from 1992/3 which I have bought) there are few others but I won't go into detail.

^I've ordered a couple of issues of VI from them (I think Tommaso is a male name?) and the service was very good. Issues from the 80's and 90's cost 20 euros each and the ones from 2000 and after about 10 euros each which is as cheap as you'll be able to find them.

Tommas is a male name but I thought she was a she because her avatar was a photo of herself. Maybe I should buy from him/her/v again and keep the address label. :Pink:

I bought almost all of my Vogues from there except one (December 1992) from Fanta the japanese girl.

Also, I mean it's four to six issues in GBP with £100 to spend.
