Her career didn't really go anywhere did it?
Second cover by Alexei Hay
Wow, I'm bored to death.
is this the first time that VM uses a mexican model on the cover?
I'm here for Issa! Not in the slightest groundbreaking but Issa looks outstanding. How long has it been since a Mexican model has been on their cover? Way too long!
In a long time yes, Liliana and Elsa had covers I think.
I love that red Balmain fur! But her... she looks bored or on drugs.
Happy for Issa! She looks amazing.
Steven Meisel Vogue Italia Anniversary Cover, Coach campaign by Steven Meisel, Balmain campaign by Mario Sorrenti, very exclusive and top notch runway season, and an OG Vogue Mexico cover not a good career for a model's first full season?
Vogue Mexico may not be the biggest of Vogue's but im sure for her (being Mexican) its probably a proud moment for her and her family.
Good for her! Love the second cover.
Maybe I spoke to soon. I just meant editorially she hasn't had as much work as I'd expected. It's great Vogue Mexico is supporting her and maybe this will push her along. It's just that so often we see girls being proclaimed huge next thing by models.com and more often then not they have a solid first season, as you just pointed out, and then kinda fade away. IMO in order to have any sort of staying power you have to be major right out the gate like Anna Ewers for example.

Oh that third cover is lovely! The other two just look uninspired. Issa is definitely a "niche" model that is more suited for conceptual and edgy work, but she does a good job here.
the third cover is the best imo
is it foldout?
Agreed, the third cover is the best. This is actually the best I've seen her look. And it is nice to see Vogue Mexico?LatAm supporting their domestic models.
The third cover is so good. Really happy for her!
Yes, obviously only for Mexico
I like the first 2 coers
