The styling is great! So nice to see someone building a story around the outfit instead of just rehashing a head-to-toe look as it appeared on the runway. That was where UK Harper's excelled.
I don't think the red masthead was a wise choice, and there's something very amateur about the image quality, can't put my finger on it. You just wouldn't say it was photographed by a seasoned fashion photographer.

I don't like how it's lit. There's too much shadow on her face and it's throwing the picture off... make-up also looks quite questionable.

The styling is nice, and it would've looked much better in a more fresh and lively setting.

Better than the ugly paint last month... apparently Limber Martinez cover was only digital, never saw it in newstands.

Oh, that's sad! Limber should have been the only one for both Mexico and Latin America. I'm sure many would've bought it. How does Karla expect to change her readers' perception of beauty when she keeps pushing her 'out there' subjects onto digital and subscriber covers.

Terribly decision, at least Limber's cover and the full editorial were praised in social media

Hate that shadow in her face. Would only work if it was more dramatic

Interesting to see that Leith Clark styled this, since she is still the style director at large at Bazaar UK.

There is something cheap about it. I think its the jewelry. Photographer should have lit her face more, its too dark.

I agree. Cheap and very pedestrian. Dress from H&M, jewellery from Accessorize and hat from Arket. Won’t even discuss makeup.

The clothes is fine, but that shadow eye made Nora look an depressing girl.

Not terrible but that makeup makes her eyes look so sad, the clothes work well though. Excited for the editorial.

The cover shot really really really doesn’t do its story "Un Nuevo Amanecer” justice. Typical Emma in concept, it’s very pretty, end-of-summer on a magical afternoon, as seen through a magical prism vibe to the shoot. I can understand the decision of the more commercial/accessible select of the covershot since the story is on the quirky side with its airy, fairy-princess styling. Emma has another story, “Creation Natural” which is equally pretty and full of saturated, autumn colors and full of mood. And more than the fashions stories, the art direction from page to page is so effortless, easygoing, and simply elegant. It’s too bad the advertisers’ creatives don’t live up to Vogue Mexico’s AD since it shows how hard the team makes the effort to pay attention to every single detail. And they haven’t forgotten that the August issue is generally this unofficial preview to autumn. SO as pretty as it all is-- there's a tinge of melancholy to the end of summer to the imagery. It's a solid issue.

How weird that they published two entirely different Emma Summerton edits with two high profile stylists in the same issue.
