Got the Latam issue today. The only original content is Arca's ed and the beauty ed by Jacques Burga. It has 2 reprints: the denim one and the one photographed by Rafael Pavarotti and styled by Ib Kamara from Vogue Paris september issue.

Let's hope something different from the Mexican edition

This is all rather lazily mainstream when compared to Arca’s hardcore baroque Bosch x Tarsem Singh aesthetic. What’s even worse, they’ve managed to make her look like a messed up circuit drag queen on the first cover select.

Tim clearly either doesn’t give a fcuk anymore, or he’s that bland now: Mona Lisa…??? And that it does conjure up Ryan Murphy's American Horror Story is quite an insult to Arca. Such lowest of standards. Sheesh.

Btw, the first time in a very looong time, the tho issues are literally identical! Aside the two original contents posted above, there are inevitable reprints of Angelo Pennetta's "The Jean Genies" (UK Vogue December 2921), Rafael Pavarotti's "Le Héroines De Kim Jones" (Vogue Paris September 2021), John Galliano's home, etc.

The main story is something maybe Arca would do for her album...for Vogue MX/Latam it's a little off. The beauty story is forgettable and unnecessary... they should merge both editions, maybe include both covers on the same edition and stop wasting time editing two issues...maybe a good one,more solid...and rename Vogue Mexico & Latam...
