Vogue Paris April 2010 : Natasha Poly by Inez Van Lamsweerde & Vinoodh Matadin

so much pucci and cavalli and isabel marant in natasha's editorial. my favourite one of the year in any magazine so far. i love it.

Loving this issue, I wasnt that excited when i first saw Natashas cover but the ed is just amazing, love the whole the vibe the colors the styling and of course her, herself is just perfect:heart:Also love Darias ed, particularily the last shot, and Jacs ed is a great concept also.:D

wow those are some interesting camera angles in lily and jacs edit:shock::lol: but its good to see lily in vogue paris!

I don't think this was the best way to pay tribute to McQueen...

The colors in Natasha's ed are wonderful. I can't understand why they've chosen that image as cover.
The theme of Daria's ed is good, the pictures too. But the photo selection is not. So confusing.

Love seeing Lily D in VP! Can't wait to see scans of Eniko's, Raquel's, and Anja's spreads!

Ummm, im not shure about the cover concept, it looks to "Vogue Russia" for me...but great to see Poly in it, though im getting just a bit tired of seeing the "V.P threesome" (Werbowy, zimmermann and Rubik)....lol

It's a topless shot, that's why it was taken down.

Here is it:

Natasha looks unbelievably gorgeous in her edit, always a pleasure to see her work with Inez & Vinoodh
A small complaint would be to see more of her face. But otherwise everything is beautiful.
The landscape and camel all mesh well together. Very strong editorial from Ms Poly.
Daria's edit is great, so many good shots. Love the opening shot and the shot with the rope. Her body looks stellar!
Nice to see Steven Klein working for Vogue Paris, and especially with Jac & Lily, who compliment each other so well.
Huge thanks for the scans Elsa! Much appreciated as always.

I like the way they seem to have found the most amenable camel in the world, but it's hard to take that fashion editorial seriously, I keep imagining that at any moment, there'll be biting, spitting and the foulest-smelling animal pee I've ever encountered, quite a perfume to accompany expensive clothes.

Natasha's editorial is so boring. It looks like it was shot in 10 minutes quite frankly. Daria's editorial is great though, David Sims really pulls something interesting out of her every time that they work together.

The Steven Klein editorial...I think I love the concept/dirty beach, urban summer? The styling is very well thought out but not all of the pictures are attractive...sure that's the point though :p.
