Well Sophie's expression on the cover is a little dull, but other than that I actually like the cover. :unsure:

Just because a cover isn't saturated with sex doesn't mean it is dull

Yes it is Marceau's second cover, and ironically I was thinking that they also had to give a glimpse of her boobs on both covers.It's probably about that second film she's been shooting as a film director...

I guess that the only choice of French actress I never understood was Emmanuelle Seigner, she's been on editorials something like two or three times for the French Vogue, when she's pretty much dull , has no talent, and is freaking pretentious on top.

Back on topic, I think I'll buy this issue, the content seems enticing...

Don't care much for the cover, but the inside looks very good! Daria, Doutzen, Lara and Raquel YEEY!

And more Lara Stone? I've seen enough of her to last me the next three years. :doh:

Looking forward to seeing the Jansson ed with Daria, though..

My heart wishes they'd put Daria on the cover, though my mind understands why they went for Sophie, being a famous French actress. I don't mind the cover at all, but it isn't on a par with the editorials inside. The cover has a polite dullness that might lead you to think the contents were similarly restrained, but thank God they're not.

boring... the whole issue looks like one big REPRINT... that is not a Fashion anymore...especially sad for all these famous photographers...

please explain your point of view... i'll like to know why it's "boring", why it's "one big REPRINT"...
don't forget it's a May issue... i.e bathingsuits and some ways to be more beautiful on beach...

Inez&Vinoodh's ed is the following of their previous ed with Natasha and Freja... here no more night dress or day trousers but chic-issime bathing suits for the beach... May is the start of holidays in France... everyone talks about them, the sun is hot, sunbathing everyweekends, picnics etc.

then as they did a bathing-suit story with Raquel, I don't understand why they did another one with Daria (which is more sport-ish... but it's still bathing suits)... So i can understand you find this boring...

I must say Lara's ed with the big perfumes is useless... Lara is not that good in it, I'm tired of her (it's no more a push-up for her career, it's a brainwashing!) but the styling is very good (am happy, Carine made some efforts for this one!)
the one she did with Demarchelier is same disappointement I had last month... pseudo hippie chic, once again too many accesoiries... it's a real mess!:doh: excessloaded!!!:sick:

Doutzen is not a fashion editorial, it's a beauty story (as is Lara's ed with the big perfume)... so of course, it's not fashion!:innocent:

Carine Roitfeld said she would let more place to beauty... she proved it there...
