I got my print copy today, and while the page count is impressive for 2021 (400+ pages), I'm very underwhelmed, because all the pages just blur into one, you can barely distinguish between the adverts and the editorial images. So not only is there no new content, there's no real sense of curation either.
I've just realised the editorial content appears on the left-hand page for a lot of the issue, with adverts taking prominence on the right-hand page, so no wonder it feels strange and insubstantial.
Mine arrived ripped in transit, so I'm considering ordering another copy, because - while disappointing - this issue does represent the closing chapter of a certain era.
