Do people not understand that smaller magazines sometimes don't have the budget to produce brand spanking new shoots for every issue? This is Vogue Portugal, not US Vogue. I'm not saying the magazine is automatically worse, but the simple fact is, they don't have a big enough readership or bring in enough revenue to produce as much new content as larger magazines.

Personally, I like the cover.

^Yes but every issue Vogue Portugal has one or sometimes 2 or 3 original editorial but they always gives us this reprint covers.
Last issue they had like 3 or 4 original editorials and they put a Vogue Japan photo on the cover.
That is just pure lack of independence as a magazine in my opinion, I dont understand

That's what I find so irritating about Vogue Portugal, it's like zero effort went into the cover. Okay, I know people around here violently hate Vogue Taiwan, but I have to give them credit for at least doing their own thing and having original covers. At least they somewhat try.

Also, Vogue Hellas and Vogue Australia seem to be able to use reprints creatively. Hell, the Vogue Hellas cover that used an image from this editorial for their cover is so much better than what Vogue Portugal did, or at least I think they did a better job:
