Yup, this is a reprint from Vogue UK editorial.

Sarr-Jamois works for British Vogue, so this is most certainly a reprint.
It would've looked interesting, like a WSJ travel issue, but the neon font is misplaced. Still, one of their better covers.

Never knew that Angelo is half Thai til VT mentioned in that IG post.
The reprint is understandable since the editorial was shot by River Kwai in Kanchanaburi, Thailand.
Still, that editorial got none of cover-worthy shot which makes the cover look like some travel magazine.
