Ugh... I could go on about how miraculous I felt it was that a girl group genuinely seemed to be keen on reviving old-school, soulful R&B in their sound after listening to their first EP (The Lead, I think it was called?), only to be severely let down by how generic I unfortunately feel almost every song on their album sounds, after desperately waiting for it for a year and a half's worth 🤧 There's definitely a couple of hits on there that I see myself repeating over and over again in the car or cleaning the house, though...

I use Apple Music but their rewind is also fake as hell. I mean it’s not inaccurate generally in terms of artists I listen to most, but the tallies seem off. I spent, according to them, only 4,000 minutes or so listening to music and my most listened to song for the entire year I only played 25 times? Fake news. There are months where I don’t even have a top artist listed and I was like “is it possible I somehow never listened to music that month?!!?” But I know I was traveling and I listen to music 100% of the time I’m on a plane so I know for a fact it’s lying. A lot of music I listen to is not through Apple Music but still
