what do you think fashion is going to be in 2010?

By 2010 we'll have things like wallpaper that changes with our mood and "smello-visions" so I would expect more scientifically created fabrics and shapes. Polyester was revolutionary when it became popular in the sixties and seventies so maybe we'll see another leg of the fabric science take place

I agree I think this will be very interesting. I know of one company that I've read about that are developing fabric that retains it's shape and doesn't crease or wrinkle. It's interesting or I found it interesting and funny watching back to the future II and seeing how fashions of the future are shown in the film , clothes that are self branding (something which I feel is a real possibility) and clothes that fit exactly to your body's dimensions another thing which I think could happen because I think that women are just getting fed up with the lack of clothes that fit and flatter their particular body shape.

Things such as denim trends work in cycles , waists are getting higher but legs are getting thinner (or skinnier) so I'm not entirely sure.

I think 4 years isn't far enough away to see any major developments technology wise...or silver jumpsuits and goggles for that matter but it's too far away to be able to predict alot of trends, because alot of them are effected by current affairs, politics etc...It's inevitable that silhouettes will change...the rise of trousers etc, I'm just not sure which way

However I do think the technology within clothes 'phenomenon' will become much more mainstream.

the proportions of clothing will morph to such an unattainable, unflattering degree that women will be belting their clavicles to create the illusion of mile long legs. guys will get the short end of the stick, forced willingly to participate in a ten year resurgence of a more sinister take on the bumster....

Well from what I see that the 80's were back and then the 90's are trying to make a come back... maybe the early 00's will make a come back in 2010. Plain t-shirts and jogging pants, rofl!

Or maybe the japanese will come up with some electronic kinda clothes... they're already making them, but it seems like they need some help with the clothes part... the western world should help them out.

again a mix from the past.... nothing too fresh unless theres a new music revolution or designer revolution or artist of any kind revolution or something i dont see theres gonna be many changes... its gonna get more of the same... and alot of gray and black...and so come back of the 90s but nothing too much NEW and that's sad.
