I really think we're moving away from "it" bags. It seems the it bags of the past are sorta out each season now in different colors or slightly different shapes. I for one am glad as I just want to appreciate a nice bag and not worry if it's an "it" bag or not.

i like the miu miu bag, but i think i'm not so much into "it" bags, i worked in luxury retail selling handbags and the whole thing is funny to me cause those bags are just as destructable as alot of cheap bags and then you get bored and time to spend another $1000, i like mid-range designer bags like cynthia rowley, bags from urban outfitters, and most of all vintage bags, i wanted a balenciaga hobo for so long but couldnt justify the price then after a year i saw it so much i hated it and am glad i never bought one but i have bags i bought 5 years ago that are no name and i still love and rotate, i just bought an $80 bag from urban outfitters and get compliments on it all the time

yeah - the whole "it bag" thing is pretty funny. I was just at the NM site and checked out some of the new Chloe. Decent looking bags, the style is getting kind of tired, but still nice. $1900 nice? NO! Especially now that there is a GLUT of the same style out there for hundreds upon hundreds less.

so tired of pockets and buckles and cargo shapes it's like 5 million interpretations of the original marc jacobs bag, i'm liking the whole return to the retro-inspired kisslock bags ( but so over the stam bag, maybe i'm just over marc jacobs bags ) and simple shapes, but i'm looking for vintage ones, no way am i paying hundreds for the reproductions and the vintage ones will always be classics

I have to confess - I was kind of liking a "Juicy" bag for the first time - the "it girl" bag. it's a frame bag with kind of a fugly 80's vibe - but it's quirky and I like that.

There's a fabulous charlott vasberg bag I am dying to get my hands on but I think it's for S/S 07. I NEED TO BUY THESE FOR MY STORE!! It's a frame style. and it's gray leather which I am loving this season. I wish there were more light gray leather bags.
