What Size 7 FAMK??

Hi, I have two pairs of seven's, one is the bootcut stretch jean and the other is the havana distressed jean (w/ no stretch), both pairs are a size 28. I want to order a pair of dojo w/ grommets on the pocket, and I not sure what size. I've heard dojo's run small should I order a 29?? Please help, I can't find either size anywhere to try on!!!
