^ Shame, really...it looked like she could have put together a nice career of some sort for a while there, but I think maybe that ship has sailed... :(

om sorry, what is she now? again?

Well she's still designing her horrid label Whitney Eve despite her fall 2010 collection never making it to any stores. It's mid-April and her spring collection is nowhere to be found either --outside her own website.

She also wrote an "advice" book which featured a full chapter bashing Olivia Palermo under the guise of offering workplace advice.

Other than that she goes to events and gets her pictures taken.:innocent:

Her hair has always been her best feature. I'm not sure about the red color.

^Whitney said on her blog I believe that Lauren was writting the chapter about workplace/co-workers... I doubt Lauren would bash someone she doesn't even know...

I'm assuming you mean Whitney's BFF Lauren and not Lauren Conrad?

Don't ask why, but I was at Target a while ago and spotted her book so I flipped through. I remembered the interview that said Whitney bashes Olivia in the book so I wanted to check out that chapter especially. The whole chapter on the workplace was about all of the stuff that happened on The City. Whitney basically recapped all the "wrongs" Olivia did against her and talked about how you should stand up for yourself or something. It just seemed so tacky especially considering The City is supposedly fake.

I will give Whitney credit for constantly updating her blog and giving inside looks into her fashion line. I am very into the design process for any designer although I wish Whitney Eve weren't such an awful line.

Actually it was Lauren Conrad that was supposed to write that chapter. It was mentioned in one of the initial press release for her book and she also said it in one of her blog... I guess that deal fell through...

I haven't had a chance to look through the book but if she indeed trashed Olivia that would be beyond tacky IMO... because every knew that the city/hills work stuff was fake for the most part...
