I did belly dancing last year... its really good for sexy waist and hips  you should try it :flower:

Any recommendations for the belly dance ones?
The videos that grabbed my interest on Amazon are:
1. The two twins, Veena and Neena i think..
2. Belly Dance Party: Bellydance combinations you can learn tonight!

About the striptease/poledancing ones..were they fun? I might as well order them all at one go :)

Richard Simmons, Sweatin' to the Oldies.

Nah, I've never used that one o_O...but I've heard it's not as bad as it seems.

I've done the Cindy Crawford one (although I believe she has a few...prob have the most recent one from around 2001 when she was losing her pregnancy weight)...Very good workout...Cardio, weights and other good stuff.

Windsor Pilates...Any workout I can do while sitting on the floor is always apprieciated ;)

Ive got ..

Pump It up,aerobic workout

Funk fit (coronation street girls)

The pump it up workout is great,it has everything in there and is very high energy.

Funk fit is quite good aswell,it isnt as high engery as the pump it up one,its more of a dance video,so i like this one because it isnt very hard working but if still works great.

i'v heard the firm and cathe are amazing!
there are cardio videos and strength training ones..
i think there are also DVD's that combine cardio and strength training..

pilates and yoga tapes are great too.. more relaxing..
