Thanks for your help! My hair isn't naturally that curly, its just wavy with some curls, not curly all over, and I wouldn't want a perm....so is there anything else I could do? sorry

I like the pic posted by purple. First of all I personally don't like blue hair since you have to bleach your hair prior to getting it colored and when the color fades, it'll be a huge mess. And not only that, it's just that blue hair is not my thing. But don't worry too much about my comments, if you really like blue hair, then just go for it.

Though I really really like the hairdo posted my purple, i think it's quite a charming hairdo that would be nice on you.

wavy looks better on you...but you could style it in a way that has more volume or lift. So many people like straight hair because its been in for a while. as long as wavy hair is well conditioned and styled well, its gorgeous.

I wanna go platnum but scared about my eyebrow color

I am 14 with dark brown/ black hair and i want to go platnum blond like hilary duffs new style but problem is i have dark eyebrows and i am scared that its going to turn out really bad does anyone know a good blond eyebrow dye that really works???

My advice is that if you're going to do it - go to a professional! for eyebrows (because you can potentially blind yourself - leave it to a pro) and same with your hair. Because your hair colour is so dark, you could end up more orange-y than anything. I really do recommend you go to a professional.

I agree. Even if its a more expensive save your money for a professional to do it. I have naturally dark hair and dying my hair on my own in the past has made it go some orange coppry color I didnt like.
Dont worry too much about your eyebrows, they can probably do it for you at a salon.

I agree with Misako and Vintage P, platinum is NOT easy to get if you have dark hair, it can easily turn orange.

Making dark brow/black turn platin usually is a two step thing. In a salon, they will bleach it twice (in the same day) because otherwise it will turn orange as someone mentioned it before.

Eyebrows are easier and all you need is a bleach cream (like tthe ones you use on body). But you have to be very careful because of you´re eyes and the time you leave it on.
Sometimes i lighten my bit just to bring more atention to the eyes, although i have dark hair.

you could, but just remember being blonde requires a lot, I mean a lot of up keep for someone with darker hair. Also, blonde hair shows any skin imperfections so make up is always required, not that you need it. Other than that, I say go for it. You can always dye it back and you are young so you should have fun. If you don't like it, at least you can say you tried it.

^^ I agree, blonde hair takes a lot of effort to touch up the roots every few weeks especially when your naturally dark.
