I had ordered some Dior Homme wool gloves and this gorgeous belt from Luster from Yoox.... and then UPS lost the package

At least Yoox was kind enough to refund me my money, but ohhh how I wanted those pieces!

You'd think that with tracking, packages couldn't get lost. Maybe some UPS employee got a little jealous of my purchase and decided to take them home eh?

You know, that does happen.

An employee sees a YOOX package and opens it, when he/she likes it, he/she just mark it as lost. When they don't like it, they just hand you the ripped package. When you aksed why it;s ripped, they just say, it happend during the process of delivery

Here's something interesting. I was browsing Yoox just now, looking at the Martin Margiela 10 casual pants from the fall/winter section. What do I see? The same pants I bought from the 75% off sale. The ones on the f/w section cost more than double of the ones I bought. They are the same. And, they're still on the 75% off sale...same size as the ones on the fall/winter section, just a lower price.

I just received my two Costume National Homme shirts..you were right faust...mmm......they fit beautifully. I also got the Neil Barret jeans...really not impressive...and it's waaaaaaaay tooo big for me. I also got my 96 hour shoes. Love them.

Are some eBay sellers like xstyleshop and edealstyle affiliated with yoox at all? The mannequins in the auctions look very similar to the yoox ones, and the designers featured in those eBay stores are the ones yoox carries as well. Do all roads eventually lead to eBay? lol..

Has anyone else received a "free gift" from Yoox recently? UPS delivered a black box this morning containing......a membership card in a black box! Very bizarre, complete waste of their money and quite pointless!

Yes, I got a random gift from yoox one time. A cute yoox.com tote bag and the then current issue of Surface magazine. I was actually very happy with the gift (I'm happy with free anything!), because I never picked up Surface magazine before and I am now a subscriber, thanks to yoox. I use the tote to bring clothes to the dry cleaners, so it has come in handy.

I received an E-mail alert several days ago from YOOX which said all the SS items in my dreambox would be available for purchase only until Oct. 18, so I bought several of them on Monday night, including one or two that I don't really like that much. But today is already Oct. 19 while all the SS items are still online! I am a bit upset now. This is the second time they did such things. Last time, I think it's around Mid-September, they also said all the SS collections would be removed. It looks like they are going to keep them on for ever this time!

Can Anyone tell me HOW THE HELL does Yoox keep themselves in business when their shipping is only $7.50 and most of their stuff is coming from Europe to USA or where they are available in the world???

They ship with UPS.. and EXPRESS.. .that is DAMN expensive. How the hell do they do it???
