I'm a little miffed at yoox though: I bought two boots that arrived dirty and damaged. I took pics and send them to customer service and they said they'd refund me the whole amount if it was their fault but that it would be checked by quality control. Fine. But today, two days after UPS says the package was delivered, yoox has put one of the boots back up on their site. It was damaged and unwearable - the leather was scraped off some parts and the heels were actually bending in when I walked on hard surfaces. Why do they continue to list things like that?

yeah, yoox puts up listings like that quite often. In this case (assuming you know euro sizing) you know what you're getting because they're giving you the tag label size. Frequently there'll be casual pants listed with just two sizes, US 38 and US 40 for example, but without reference to size stated on tags etc. In cases like this I bet that's what's happening, wrong size translation. I've been tempted to risk it from time to time (ie, purchase something listed as US size 40 gambling it's actually EURO size 50) but never have tested it. And unfortunately the only way that kind of thing can be confirmed is by ordering.

I ordered a size 6 US 36 French. It was way too tight and seemed several sizes too small, even for Balenciaga.

Don't worry, they will give you a superstar card sooner or later. How long have you shopped on YOOX? BTW, I don't think this card counts a lot either. Based on my experience, they only allow you to use that card to get a 10 or 15% discount like three or four times a year (probably 10 days or 2 weeks for each time), usually you can only use it for items at full prices. To me, it's just a bit better than nothing.

I'm new you Yoox so I'm unfamiliar with their sales. There's an ad on the left side that says:
