i am really finding it more and more annoying how i need to click back and fourth to get the designer i want and search the small print names of designers...

anyone else?

i actually wanted to buy something but gave up in the end as it was driving me mad

^^ i find that frustrating as well leyla.. the little designer category bar on the left used to pick up where you left off in terms of designers and the alphabet if i remember correctly which was much easier

I liked the way they did the search bars before too; they need to fix those. I messaged them about it after every order. I did the same thing to get them to increase the dreambox capacity, so I'm assuming a lot of other customers are doing that also.

I'm tired of their inconsistent pricing.
There have been some recent 'SS' Junya pieces that are actually AW 05/06, so at least 2 seasons old...and the prices were more than original retail.
Ridiculous!

old seasons stock, never available in your size, yet almost at original retail price.
why oh why would someone pay so much for something thats old...
i.e. Marni , Chloe, etc

I agree with the recent complaints. The new navigation system makes browsing more frustrating than enjoyable. I'm mainly just counting on their email alerts to put me on notice of new items rather than hunting for myself.

Fortunately for me, a lot of the pieces I'm interested in are still showing up at their regular discount, but there are some very questionable items mixed in. For example, they recently added an awful canvas Jil belt (with her name all over it) from last spring. I don't know what it retailed for, but I know there were PILES of them at a store in Copenhagen last Summer and at the boutique they only sold one (to a Korean tourist) all season long. They couldn't give the things away, so it should be dirt cheap on yoox.

How often does Yoox mark down their prices? Do they send out emails when they do or do I have to keep checking the website? There's a dress I've been eyeing and its almost down to the price I want to pay.

No, I've never received an e-mail I think you'll just have to keep checking. Yoox marks down pretty frequently, but they don't mark down all items the same. At the moment the most they've reduced is 50% I think.

They only send alerts for new items that you've specified in the premeire section. Just keep checking back. Most things are 50% off now, but certain collections are discounted quicker/later than others, so you never know for sure. If it's already at 50% off it may be another month or six weeks before they knock it down to 60-70%. So depending on availability and your degree of obsession with it, you may want to consider getting it now.

Don't forget that if you're an ebates member you can get an extra 6% off if you order through their portal. You won't get that money back for a while, but they do actually pay out.

Wonderful news: it seems that Yoox has reduced some of their items with a 70% discount. I was hunting for a Casey-Vidalenc coat, but somebody snapped it away in front of me

Check Yoox every day if interested in certain pieces, because I think that the upcoming week more items will be reduced in price.
