Clear and Clear Oil Absorbing sheets

Shampoo- used everyday, once.
Phytometer

Hair Shine- used three times a week, on a day when needed.
St. Ives Hair Luster

. . . I don't use a lot of products 'cause I'm still young anyways and I don't need much coverage.

I must be abnormally conservative in my use of products  I just don't like exposing my face to many chemicals and things like that.

I wash my face twice a day with burt's bees natural tomato complexion soap. I use neutrogena spf30 sunscreen everyday before I put on my makeup (which is fairly minimal). I use burt's bees bee's wax lip balm as needed.

I wash my hair everyday now, which is a shock to me because I just cut my hair and when it was waist-length I only washed it once a week! I use cheap old herbal essences...

that's it.

In the morning, I use Shiseido Pureness Foaming Cleaner. I use witchhazel as toner, then follow up with Neutrogena Ultra-Dry Touch SPF 45 on my face and Ombrelle SPF 30 on my body.

At night, I wash with Cetaphil, tone and apply a topical prescription.

For body exfoliator, I use olive oil and sugar in the shower and I steam once a week.

i must be a skin-care junkie when compared to you guyz!

in the morning, i wash my face with Estee Lauder's 'Splash Away' foaming cleanser, followed by shiseido's day moisturizer, & Uriage sun protection cream. & in the evening i wash away any makeup i got with the same foaming cleanser followed by shiseido's night moisturizer & vitamine C drops around the eyes.

i exfoliate my face once a week with Estee Lauder's face scrub, & follow that with a facial mask (EL's 'So Clean' or homemade yoghurt & yeast mask) -- sometimes i put on a mask twice a week

as for my body, i use a moisturizing scented lotion/cream every single night before i go to bed ALL OVER, & when my husband is away i put on BeneFit's Sandal Scandal foot cream with their pompom booties, it works wonders! :woot:

I've been trying out a lot of products trying to find the ones that are right for me and I'm wondering ...

what is your skin type and current skincare regime?

I think the most important thing you should do to take care of your skin is use moisturizer!! Even if you think your skin is oily. I've heard mixed things about toner, that it often is not really necessary. I use moisturzier in the morning and at night. And an exfoliator off and on. I just tried Prada's moisturizer for the first time recently, and it's super nice....a rich creme. But I use Elizabeth Arden. And I wear sunblock every day on my face, which I also think is a must! One of my friends tans so much that she already has wrinkles and you can see that she's going to be one of those leathery-skinned type people, which sucks.

i used loreal eye makeup remover forever... and then decided to get benefit eye remover which came in a cute bottle (I am a sucker for nice packaging) and was doubly as expensive... anyway, under my eyes i have been so dry and it looks and feels HORRIBLE. I kept thinking what am I doing different and then I thought !!!! make up remover!!! I am back to loreal forever... goes to show more expensive is not always better..

OMG :o ....what a shame for me...

My skin regimen consists in:

Cleansers, Mousse Purete by Dior, or Gel Controle by Lancome
Scrubs, Idealist Micro D, Gommage Action Biologie by YSL
Moisturizers and skinrepair, Estee lauder Advanced Night Repair , Idealist, and NoAge by Dior
Eye creams, No Age serum for Dior, Estee Lauder's Advanced night repair, Capture contour de l' oeil by Dior.
Toners, Clinique for men #4, and YSL eclat control matite

I use clinique foamer to cleanse
Estee Lauder to clairify
Body shop Carrot face cream
Body shop facial scrub once a week
I also steam my face twice a week

Maybe I should answer my own question, hehe?

Right now, the only product I'm using is Shiseido Benefiance Creamy Cleansing Foam twice a day. Although .. I'm currently looking for something new. When I first started using it, I couldn't believe how good it was but now all it does is irritate and dry out my skin (Like every other product on the market!)

I just ordered Clarins Gentle Day Cream from strawberrynet ...has anyone ever tried it? I've heard good things about the whole brand.

I've previously had allergic or bad reactions to the following:
mary kay timewse cleanser and moisturizer, aveeno clear complexion moisturizer, every neutrogena product i've ever tried, the body shop soy and calendula products, shiseido purify cleansing foam II, st. ives apricot scrub, mark lets be clear blemish neutralizing gel, dove essential nutrients moisturizer and toner, shiseido uv white products ... I'm sure there's more, I just can't think of them all.

I've also had bad reactions to the following foundations: shiseido cream foundation, cover girl tinted moisturizer, revlon skin illuminator and stila illuminating liquid foundation.

My skin type ~ VERY dry and VERY sensitive and also prone to allergies and acne. My skin was actually in okay condition before i started trying different products ... just acne on my forehead and slight dryness. Now it's dry, flaky, covered in acne, enlarged pores and red patches.

There's got to be something that works on my skin, right?

Morning:
Rose Tonique
Rosemary & Thyme Treatment Cream

Evening:
Sweet Almond Oil Cleansing Lotion
Karite Treatment Cream

Once or twice a week: Lily mask

All products are Beaute de Paris by Madame Jane Sebeyran. No water on face ever. Very specific facial massage and cleansing techniques. See http://www.beautedeparis.com/ for more info. Madame is a genius!!!

i never said what I use only asked questions....

i use cosmedix cleanser Purity Clean my Esthetician suggested it and it works GREAT and I tend to break out, it can dry me a little so I use neutrogena on those dry days...
I use a lot of YONKA products
Yonka Nutri-Contour (lips and under eyes)
Yonka Alpha-Complex
Yonka Creme PG Impure/Oily Skin Cream
i also use two creams for breakout from my dermo.... cannot remember names plexicon maybe for day... i also think my monthly faciails really help with the appearance of my skin.....
