i am now debating whether i want the black instead so it may not be an issue. i have other black bags but i really like the leather on this one so i am thinking i would use it a lot.

Hey everyone...I'm new to this thread, so wanted to give a shout out...but also, I have a photo of the embossing on the muse that an SA sent me...but I keep getting a message that it is too big to post...if you wanna see it...let me know how to pot the thing!

Otherwise loving the muse...hope in the future they will try silver hardware too!

Brian was right about how they do the embossing. I think it would have been nicer if they did the middle initial in the center tab of the lock, but it's still very cool.

I currently have a large tan Muse on pre-order from Saks.com. Has anyone seen this color anywhere in person? It seems like a rare color because I haven't seen it. Just trying to decide if I want to keep my order or not. I really like the bag, but I am not totally sold.

I would definatly not cancel the order. Bags can be so much different from your expectations, sometimes something you have been looking forward to for so long can be disappointing, or something you haven't really been intrested in is fabulous once you see it in real life. Wait to see how you like it in person, you dont have much to loose with saks return policy

Thanks GuessGirl! Definitely good advice. I'll probably just keep the order and see what happens. Saks might not come through at all with this one.

That black leather looks sumptuous,though .

I missed a call from the SA in Berlin today...my black large will be dispatched tomorrow. She hasn't said by what service or given me a tracking number though;her message only said that "it would reach me in a few days" and could I please call her.

A few days from Berlin to Rotterdam...must call her to make sure that it's not coming by camel .

At the YSL in Chevy Chase I saw the leopard Muse...I saw both sizes and the Muse tote, or a tote, didnt know if it was Muse or not. It was a stunner.

^^Could you tell me what other colors they had in the Muse in C.C.? (The lg. or x-lg. size).

Well the Muse has landed!!! This is SUCH an easy bag to love....I wonder why I thought the pictures made her look difficult and high maintenance?

The leather is so soft,the metal has a kind of "distressed" look rather than a blingey gold,and I have definitely chosen the right size for me (large.)

It feels as if I have known her forever...which means she's a GREAT bag and I'll use and love her for a very long time.
