Posi, really get a black or white.....I know its not the most FUN color...but its really amazing. not even kidding.
 
gucci: yeah i'm very impressed that you and gg both love yours so much. i tried it on again yesterday, and i concluded that you two are slowly brainwashing me. :lol: why not brown, just curious?
 
Posi, also when you try them on...take out half the stuffing...makes them more great...or pick one up from neimans, saks, etc so you can take it home and play. Actually YSL takes returns I think.

Chocolate is nice...but I feel the ivory and the black really work well with the brassy gold hardware.

Brown is still beautiful. I am just partial to black bc I have to make an effort to wear brown.

the leopard is great too!

Mundo, it is beautiful. I just never wear brown. I have fab brown bags and shoes I don't wear and when I do.....I have to make myself wear brown!

I had a brown novak I sold and it was sooooooooooo hard but I just never pulled it out to wear with my going out stuff

I totally agree that you have to match to what you wear, I actually wear shades of brown like 90% of the time, so it's perfect for me, especially because its' such a dark brown that it can pass for black ^_^
 
yeah its a nice rich brown. I get all freaked out by brown. I have these FAB FAB Manolo blahnik strappy sandals in brown suede with a rose puff thing made of chinchilla fur...and I don't wear them alot bc of the brown!

I absolutley *love* my white. It just looks so simple and fresh yet still a cool statement bag. You'll love it! The olive and black tie for second for me. The olive isn't very popular but I like it, but I tend to like green tones..

Gucci, I must be blind, but I can't find the post you wanted us to go to. Could you post a link? I also am totally with you on brown, I dont wear it much at all and it usually doesn't appeal to me at all

i feel the same way. i might just wait for fall though just to see if any new colors/variations of the bag excite me.

It's a terrific bag, Posi - I think you'd love it. I saw it at NM in this pewter color metallic with really cool nickel-ish hardware and I think it comes in bronze too. But I also agree with Gucci, it's really a great bag in the basic colors. I have white, I love it - and it is VERY different than the white patent Fendi that you are getting.

I just recently got the muse in black (between white and black, and i knew i would get something on the white hehe)-but anyhoo, just wanted to let anybody who was thinking of getting one, that i absolutely LOVE it. its classic, i know ill use it forever. good for night time and day bc of the size. sorry for the rambling :)

The closest shade of red that I can think of right now would be the Dior gaucho red - minus the distressing and all the black wax of course. The red muse would at most be one or two shades off of that red.

I am not too sure about the sizing for the red muse that I spotted, it was small - a similiar size to the Balenciaga classique, the red is a lovely shade, but I didn't like it in that size as I always feel that the muse should be a big bag.

Tried on the oversized though and I was disappointed that it made me look kind of stunted :blush: :lol: . I really wanted to get it in that size as I want a BIG bag to lug all my stuff around in, but oh well, I may just end up with the large instead.

Guccigal, do you know if the leopard is a limited edition for this season only?
I am usually not drawn to animal print bags...but there was just something about the snow leopard that pulled me in..I guess it could be the lighting..or maybe it's your pictures guccigal! :flower:

I think it would be something very fun to have and I have tons of black and white clothing so they could be used to balance out the spunkiness of the leopard print :rolleyes:

P.S. wanted to "karma" you Guccigal but it seems like I have to spread some reputation before I could do so! Appreciate your thoughts! :)

are you sure? she needs to put some tissue in that. It seems to be a really good red. are they getting it in the USA then? if its out overseas...then it should be here soon?

thanks alot! I am not sure if they will do it again. I would think no? I know that most stores only got one in......but like NY and Vegas got 2-3. Neimans ordered a few. I would think no.

I don't like animal prints either AT ALL, but I think this bag was done right...because its snow leopard so it goes with black, white, brown, red, anything.....its very classy...you know...you saw it. Its just done RIGHT you know? Its hard to capture that.

They did a just a bit smaller size too...its on bergdorfs.com

I do love it so. If you have classic bags....get a leopard. I couldn't resist either so I got both!
