Zara is in Vegas.

They have some lovely peices...knock off D&G trousers, and a divine 18thc coat. Christmas!

not that many girls wear zara here, it's more popular with people in their older twenties/early thirties and so on. so i love it, it means you'll hardly ever see a girl your age wearing something from it. i have a really nice grey cardi from there and a pair of brown shorts :)

^ I notice they only have Medium. It's weird! and I hate how they shrink so easily. Grrr.

Their woman collection is a bit too classic, they've got some nice basic clothes, but I like their dresses, shoes and jackets better.

zara has some nice things....sometimes their blazers don't have linings in them and that to me, isn't good. but for the most part...great selection of cltohing. :)

Just wanted to pipe in and say my favorite thing is an animal print trench in some kind of (fake but sleek???) fur - $200-300, gorgeous.

I love ZARA shoes! very cute, considerably comfortable and the quality is good for such price range...

i love zara. it is really noticable that zara is on its way up in these past two-three years. i have so many zara things, from jackets, to boots, to shoes and skirts.. verything is great, and as far as i am concerned, the quality is very satisfying! i think zara suits prefectly us girls/women in the beginning of our 30's :D
h&m on the other hand was my favorite store when i was younger, but now i dont find it that interesting as before. talking to my girls, though, we came to one conclusion: h&m quality is going down in the past year... i dont know why, but its very hard to find so many decent things like i used to do in the past years... and it definitely doesn't have to do with me being a new proud thirtyyearol who is getting all grumpy :D

Well, I wish I was Spanish, then I maybe could purchase from Zara again.

I once bought a pair of black cigarette pants. Size S, which I bought, had ridiculously long legs, I had to take off about 20 cm (and I am not considered short at 5'5). I wore them twice, and after that they got so loose they almost fell off. They were perfect around the waist/hip area when I bought them.

I have purchased lots of t-shirts from there too. Ok, a t-shirt is not meant to last long, but these got random threads hanging from them very soon, and couple of them had been sewn wrongly (which I didn't notice before purchasing and wearing once).

A white shirt I bought shrinked after the first wash (which was done correctly as suggested). Their knitwear looses its shape quickly.

Their shoes have heels that do not feel comfortable and in some shoes are not located in the "right" place in order to support the feet.

I think it is stupid for a high street brand to sell handbags from a price range of 100-180 euros or jackets and dresses 100 euros-up. I hope it is different in other European countries, but this is the price range in Finland.

If you buy from Zara you better learn how to sew buttons back on cause everything I have ever purchased from them the buttons have fallen off! Even at the store the I once saw a shirt with a button broken in half and missing buttons on the sleeves.

true true this is the bad point about zara the buttons are badfixed. but the quality is good! thats why its not that bad

I personally feel that Zara's quality is above H&M's. I've compared the materials and construction and have found Zara to be superior. I personally would choose Zara any day over H&M.

Well, I agree about the quality, it's pretty bad, but just like the other high street stores (and in my opinion slightly better than HyM) And, at least in Spain, its prices ara the same as Mango, HyM and cheaper than Top Shop.

I've always loved Zara, since I was a child, I can always find something to please me. And something that I really adore about Zara are they "capsule collections", well, it's not an official name but I've heard someone calling it like that, which are some clothes made in small quantities which dissapear fast and they don't carry the same again, so theyr are like something more exclusive and you're not going to find 500 people in the streets wearing the same as you.

I wonder if it's a different story for men's wear?

It drives me off the wall to see good-looking high street garments but I can't buy them since they are such bad quality.
