I have the zara/balenciaga dress. It's actually quite nice in person. Maybe I'll post a picture when I get back to Vancouver at the end of the week.

zara cuts winter coats and blazers for men quite well... or so they used to
everything i've tried on recently looks really really bad (shoulders fit but body doesnt... i'm too skinny)

Today I saw a knockoff of these Prada heels:

They were modified, though. Off-white, without the upper strap; instead the strap at the toes was made from this stretchy material. Plus the heels looked the same.

I really love some of the Marni inspired jackets they have this season but everything I try on is too short in the arm! I also tried the above shoes in a size 40 but they were just a bit too small and the store didn't have a 41. Do they even carry a 41? I love being tall, but it just makes shopping very difficult.

^Yup, they have a 41. And once I saw a 42, which made me totally happy, since I am also tall and wear a 41/42

oh, I just remebered: Zara has a similar dress to these Marni dresses too! It is beige with the black skirt thing underneath and a black belt and it has short sleeves... so it's kinda like a mix between these two:

I do like Zara! It's a major improvement from H&M's style & quality! And the prices are almost reasonable

i've been to both zara's in sf, and they don't have the balenciaga jacket...
i wonder if it just sold out that quickly...

i wanted the marni-esque dress, but the belt was missing from the one i saw...

the knitwear is soooo soft... but the cardigans I saw were going for $69.. a little much for zara cardis! I didn't check out the tag but I'm expecting it to be some cashmere blend.

I love Zara. I think their quality is much better than H&M as well as Mango...

I think their lining is as bad as Mango...Their designs are really nice but in my opinion their quality is not better as H&M even worser. I have to looks up so many pieces until I find one without any bad lining, loose buttons etc.
