I actually do think, this is one of those designs that looks better on the catwalk. If only this garment had been altered, then I would have scored her A+

There's just too much going on in this dress. The sheer top and bottom. Then it has hip jewelry and a neck jewelry. It's too over design even Zoe can't make this look good.
