Far from it. I have long since stopped reading/watching her interviews since her consistently ignorant comments regarding the Nina Simone film, but even when I catch little tidbits, she sounds so vapid and forced. Her style, while not as strong as it has been in past years, is still pretty enviable though, lol, so I keep coming back to this thread.

Agreed. My biggest problem is her I am woman hear me roar bit seems so fake and forced. They don't match her candids nor red carpet pics., which always looks scared/shy/vulnerable and uncomfortable in her skin.

Anyway, while not a total fan of her day to day style, she's consistently well styled for the red carpet.

Zoe Saldana will be starring in NBC’s upcoming four-part miniseries Rosemary’s Baby, based on the best-selling suspense novel and the subsequent classic horror film.

The 35-year-old actress will take on the title role of “Rosemary, the iconic young wife and would-be mother who, with her husband, moves into a Paris apartment that has a darkly storied past. After finally getting pregnant, she becomes increasingly suspicious that both her husband and their mysterious neighbors have ulterior motives about the future of her child.”

“Zoe has proven that she is one of our most gifted actresses and we think she has the perfect combination of spirit and gravitas to take on the title role from Ira Levin’s infamous novel,” NBC exec Quinn Taylor said in a statement. “With Zoe leading the cast under the direction of Agnieszka Holland, this reimagined event mini-series is off to a great start.”

Rosemary's Baby is a cult classic, Zoe leading the re-make is a bold and intriguing choice. Though good actress, she tends to be a bit of a scene chewer. Should be interesting.

seeing the dress on stage where the light hit it really made me appreciate this dress. On the red carpet it just looks kind of boring, but it really came to life while she presented. I'm still not a fan of the dress (this Prabal Gurung collection was one of the worst of the season) but it definitely looks better on her.
