I was wondering too, but when I brought her photo to my stylist to have my hair cut like hers. my stylist noted that her her hair is "afro hair" excuse my stylist shes french. anyway in the HQ pics if u really zoom in where her hair parts in the top you can see the friz and the extreme straightening its been through.
I love zoe's hair and Im wearing mine like her now! shes adorable!

She does not get her hair relaxed - probably straightened because I believe it's naturally somewhat wavy. But Zoe and both her sisters have amazing hair, IMO. She definitely does not have Afro or coarse hair. (Not that there would be anything wrong with that if she did)
