I have my Helmut Lang black canvas/leather messenger bag with bondage closings, it's uber hot, but it's a pretty good advise. I actually like Balenciaga's bags, as opposed to their clothes.Originally posted by Acid@Jun 4th, 2004 - 11:11 am
GET A BLACK LEATHER SHOULDER BAG!!!
think balenciaga for men........kinda soft leather, but hard at the edges, with some zips and detail accross it
its a must![]()

But you in LA, nobody buys that stuff (at least that was my shopping experience two times that I visited LA). Just go to Barneys and get it at 70% off in a month! I am eyeing a light blue wool sweater by Junya from this collection - the wool is heavenly! are they womens or mens? (considering you bought them in the womens dept). They might help narrow it down a little

(we got some kitchen stuff for the new apartment). The markdown's aren't bad for the first wave of sales - pretty much everything is 40% off (and shockingly so were the boots). We didn't get to walk around the women's side much, but I know that their HL and Ann Dem. selection is not bad. I also tried on some stuff by Dior and Haute (both too skinny for my complexion), but overall the men's selection wasn't that exciting. Nothing has beat these boots in my fashion book for quite a while, so needless to say I am beyond happy.Originally posted by faust@Jun 7th, 2004 - 8:44 am
AND THE WINNER IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been lusting over these boots for a year now, but I couldn't afford them even in my dreams. Shockingly enough they were on sale at Barney's in my size (in women's department). I
my wife!
So, who'll be the first one to recognize who are these by?
Gorgeous!
Thanks, Pete. I'm kind of broke now because of my interior design project, but I will go bargain hunting once the second wave of discounts hitsOriginally posted by Pete@Jun 9th, 2004 - 10:59 am
Good choice Faust.... You have great taste. Barney's looked alright when I was there 2 weeks ago. Bought nothing there, but found C'Diem pants at A and a few other great pieces from Bagutta (Dior Homme raw japanese denim jeans and a dior shirt at 40%)!

Pete
I was going to post in response to your previous post that one day I will be able to afford C.Diem...
